Two Bean Salad

Simplicity at its finest. Two Bean Salad is a trendy mix of beans, veggies, and protein—nutritious, delicious, and perfect for meal prep!

Ingredients:

  • 1 can garbanzo beans, rinsed and drained
  • 1 can black beans, rinsed and drained
  • 1 red onion, diced
  • 1 bunch fresh parsley, diced
  • 1 tsp. minced garlic
  • 1 cucumber, chopped
  • Food Club Balsamic Vinaigrette
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Directions:

  1. Combine and mix all ingredients in bowl.
  2. Enjoy!
